Lift Truck Specialists Pty Ltd, a family-owned business based in Wendouree, has been providing top-notch materials handling equipment and services across Victoria since 2004. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service to our ever-growing client base, which includes forklift and scissor lift hire and servicing.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Service/Automotive Technician to join our team, covering the Horsham region and surrounding areas (Nhill, Stawell, Ararat, and more). This role involves servicing and repairing forklifts and other equipment for a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality service and repairs for forklifts, scissor lifts, and other materials handling equipment.
Travel to client sites across the Horsham district and surrounding areas.
Work independently as well as collaborate with the service team.
Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients.
Keep accurate service records and reports.
Requirements:
Current driver's license.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
Preferred: Forklift license, white card, elevated work platform license, and familiarity with business site inductions.
Willingness to undergo further training to acquire necessary qualifications.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Qualified Automotive Technician x 2
Ballarat - Bendigo and surrounding areas.
Lift Truck Specialists Pty Ltd is a family-owned, local business operating out of a state-of-the-art facility in Wendouree. Since 2004 we have supplied materials handling equipment requirements throughout Victoria through our sales and service centre, as well as hiring and servicing forklifts for an ever-expanding clientele. We pride ourselves on getting the job done as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality.
Lift Truck Specialists Pty Ltd require the services of 2 full-time Field Service/Automotive Technicians for our large customer base and hire fleet.
The positions can be based either in Ballarat, Bendigo and surrounding areas, however we would be keenly interested to hear from applicants who reside and would be able to cover these areas as we have a full contingent of companies who require regular servicing and repairs of their forklifts, scissors lifts etc.
It is a requirement of these positions that the candidates have current driver’s licenses, have good computer knowledge, excellent communication skills and a friendly and accommodating demeanour.
It is preferable that the successful candidates will have a forklift license, white card, elevated work platform license and some knowledge of business site inductions, however, we will be happy to assist in all training aspects to acquire these qualifications.
You will be required to work unsupervised as well as be a productive team member with the other service technicians. A service van is provided with this position as well as fuel card, complete uniform and other necessities for this role.
Remuneration will be commensurate of knowledge, skills and proven track record in the service technician industry.
These positions are full-time, 38 hours per week however, overtime may be requested when workload necessitates.
